When you tire of the trials and tribulations of life all around you, take a moment and look at the sky. Go outside and hug a tree, listen to a bird, or appreciate the fact that anymore, people seldom use squirrels in Brunswick Stew.
Enjoy the flowers and the green leaves. Appreciate the fact that on the other side of the equator the water goes down the drain in a different direction. If you are shut up in a windowless room, close your eyes for a moment and imagine all of the peacefulness of nature.
Go out and share a smile.
