Quotes and Notes #317, September 17
“Fall has always been my favorite season—the time when everything bursts with its last beauty, as if nature had been saving up all year for the grand finale.”—Lauren DeStefano—

I look back on the year past so far and think of the successes and some failures. I think of the glory of the fading summer and of the wonderful longer nights of thought, reading, and reflection which will soon be upon me.
And I love the blue of the sky. There’s nothing like the blue of a September sky.
