We seem to run all day—to pay the bills, invest in the future, get ahead, perform endless jobs, and when we’re finished with that, we run even more.

It is good to take a bit of time each day to sit and relax, to contemplate and meditate. Only a few minutes of contemplation will act as a powerful pill of reconstitution. Try it.
