Excellence is attained, not found. Confidence comes with practice.
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
–Aristotle
Think about that. “We are what we repeatedly do.” This means that if we laugh a lot, laughing becomes a habit. It would follow, then, that happiness would become a habit. Practicing optimism is the key to becoming a happy and accepting person.

I;m smiling about the rodent damage done to our car. 4,000 $ to fix. But, we do have homeowner’s insurance, which might pay; and I do have a son with connections with perhaps cheaper alternatives to the dealer’s price; we do have the money to fix it, or at least a Master Card; and we live in America, not the Middle East, AND I HAVE FRIENDS LIKE YOU WHO ARE TEACHING ME TO THINK POSITIVELY. I’m smiling. Thanks….
