Overcoming or Redirecting?

We must believe that we can make choices that make a difference. One of our choices is the nature of our overall attitude. Another is that of being happy. Attitude, optimism, and happiness are not things that just happen, they are things that we choose to have in our lives.

As for me, I choose to be happy, to maintain a positive attitude, and to laugh as much as possible. I know from experience that practicing these qualities makes them stronger.
